Who We Are
Independent Glass is a leading specialist glass manufacturer and supplier of glass for almost every safety, security, visual, and functional application. No matter how difficult the design brief or specification, with our years of glass manufacturing know-how we deliver solutions that work every time.
Operating from 4 UK locations, totalling 200,000 square feet, we carry a huge and diverse range of stock from all 4 leading European Manufacturers (Pilkington, Guardian, Saint Gobain and AGC).
Our state-of-the-art machinery enables us to manufacture toughened and processed glass up to a maximum size of 6000 x 2800mm, whilst the volume of machinery we house allows us to process huge volumes of glass.
We have our own fleet of vehicles, from Mercedes vans through to floatliners most of which carry a forklift, allowing us to meet all delivery needs from both a location basis to off-loading requirement.

Our People
Our people are our most valuable asset and with more than 200 experienced and multi-skilled personnel covering our 4 sites, we have a very flexible and adaptable workforce.
We invest in our staff and through in-house and external training ensure that our people are developed to their full potential and hold all the necessary industry qualifications.
Our team are loyal, inspired and valued and this results in a very low turnover of staff.
